Letters and report to Philadelphia Society for Promoting Agriculture, 1818-1820.

Letter to Roberts Vaux describes experiments with "sulphuret of barytes" and "sulphuret of lime" as manures (1818), Folder 284. Copy of Isaac Chapman's "Some observations on the Hessian fly written in the Year 1797 by Doctor Isaac Chapman. Original read before the Agricultural Society of Bucks County 14th August 1820." This copy was made by Thomas G. Kennedy, secretary of the Agricultural Society of Bucks County and sent to Roberts Vaux. Kennedy also copies Chapman's letter to Kennedy (1820), Folder 32.
